I officially have my own website created, and open to the public! My website
features an about the artist, gallery, commissions, store, and a contact tab.
The commissions tab is only a temporary thing, and commissions WILL be shut down in the near future.
The store tab, however, is still an incomplete thing, but is currently a HUGE project of mine right now!Shop
Like I mentioned above, I am currently working on opening up my own shop!
I am creating artwork that I intend on getting prints made, and will be selling those prints in this shop.
I'm going to start out in either US only, or US and Canada. I do hope to eventually ship internationally,
but will only begin to do so after I can afford to do so and if there is enough interest internationally.
I may list some original artwork up for sale in my shop as well, which will be a higher price than prints.Business Cards
I am currently working on the finishing details with fellow artist
on my business cards as I type this.
I have it all designed, and he is helping me with going over the final touches to really make things look amazing.
I can't begin to thank him enough, as well as
for his very helpful feedback as well!
I will be finishing up the details tonight and ordering 250 of them, and will begin handing these out.
Once I begin handing out the cards, I will be closing commissions, and will hopefully be able to open up my shop (or soon after!).
I did the entire design of the cards myself, and I'm fairly excited to be able to hand them out!Portfolio
For the past 5 years that I have been doing artwork, I have been using a 3-ring binder and clear, plastic sleeves as a portfolio.
Although this was great for beginning with and looked fairly well at first,
it has gotten dirty and beat up over the years.
And, quite frankly, it didn't look very professional.
So, I decided to retire the old thing, and buy myself an new Itoya Art Portfolio to hold all my artwork in!
It came into the mail today, and I can't even begin to express how excited I am to have it!
The black backings leave a lovely border around my pieces, making them really pop and make them more appealing to the eyes!
Thank you all for being so patient with me while I currently work on getting my artwork more professional,
as well as my hiatus here on dA in the meantime.
Once I finish creating some more pieces to turn into prints and to put into my portfolio,
I will be uploading all of the artwork you guys have missed in the past year,
and I will then be back and ready for action and to be more active here now that I set aside time every day to get this business started!
